Refund Policy

My aim at Tranquil Tides is for you to be fully satisfied with your experience. Please review the following refund policies:

 

1. Service refunds

  • All services are non-refundable once the treatment has been completed.

  • Refunds are not offered for unused treatments if you have prepaid for a service (e.g., package deals). Please see Body Contouring Policy below (4).


2. Gift vouchers

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Gift vouchers are valid 6 months from the purchase date unless otherwise stated.

  • I am happy to extend the expiration date upon request within 6 months after the original expiration date.

3. Cancellations and no-shows

  • As a small business, I require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment may incur a charge.

  • Clients who do not attend their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full session fee.
     

4. Body Contouring Policy

  • Cancellations: Tranquil Tides requires at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel a body contouring session. If you fail to cancel within this time frame, you will lose your course space for that session and cannot reschedule it within the package.
     

  • Course Duration: It is strongly advised to book 4, 6 or 8 sessions as a course for the best results to ensure consistent progress and maximum benefits. Treatments must be spaced 7 - 10 days apart for optimal results and effectiveness of body contouring.
     

  • Refunds: Body contouring treatments are non-refundable once a session has been completed. However, I am happy to discuss course extensions or adjustments in specific circumstances, provided they are requested within the course's validity period.
     

  • Initial Consultation: This is compulsory before beginning any body contouring treatments. During this session, we will assess your suitability for treatment, discuss your goals, and design a personalized treatment plan. The consultation fee will be applied to your treatment plan if you move forward. However, the fee will be refunded if you are not eligible for treatment. The consultation fee is non-refundable if you choose not to proceed with the treatment.
     

  • ​Course Expiry: All body contouring courses must be completed within the specified time frame, with sessions scheduled 7-10 days apart. For example, a 4-session course must be completed within 40 days. Any sessions remaining after this period will be forfeited, and no extensions will be granted unless otherwise specified.
     

  • Instalments: Instalment options for courses are available. All body contouring courses must be paid in full by the end of the final session. Depending on the course length, payment can be split into 2, 3, or 4 instalments. For example, a 6-session course will be split into three instalments: the first payment is due at the start of the first session, the second payment at the fourth session, and the final payment at the sixth session. Each instalment is payable after the clinic session.


5. Unhappy with services

  • If you believe a service was not provided as described or unsatisfactory, please reach out within 48 hours of your appointment.

  • I will assess the issue and provide a resolution, which may include a re-treatment or, in some cases, a refund at my discretion.
